2) Products & Availability

We offer physical goods such as journals, kits, and accessories, and may offer digital content from time to time.

  • Product images are for reference; minor variations in color/texture can occur.

  • Availability can change without notice. We may limit quantities, discontinue products, or cancel orders as described below.

3) Pricing, Taxes & Payment

All prices are shown in USD unless otherwise stated. Taxes (if applicable) and shipping are calculated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time; price changes do not affect orders already confirmed.

4) Order Acceptance & Cancellations

Your order is an offer to purchase. We may accept, decline, or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, incorrect pricing, or inventory issues.

  • If we cancel an accepted order, we will refund you to your original payment method.

  • If you need to request a cancellation, contact us immediately at Support@serenmuse.com. If your order has already been processed or shipped, we may be unable to cancel it.

7) Digital Items & Gift Cards

Unless stated otherwise:

  • Digital items (including downloads, digital guides, or digital bundles) are final sale once delivered or accessed.

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash where prohibited by law.

8) Promotions & Discount Codes

Discounts, bundles, and promotions are subject to terms at the time of offer. We may modify or end promotions at any time. Unless required by law, discounts cannot be applied retroactively to prior purchases.

9) Intellectual Property

In no event will SerenMuse’s total liability exceed the amount you paid for the product(s) giving rise to the claim.
