SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy explains our processing times, shipping methods, tracking, and delivery issues.

1) Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During peak periods or launches, processing may take longer; if so, we will post updates on the Site or email you.

2) Shipping Destinations (United States Only)

We ship to the contiguous United States (U.S. mainland) only. We do not ship to:

  • Alaska (AK)

  • Hawaii (HI)

  • P.O. Boxes

  • APO/FPO/DPO addresses

  • U.S. territories (including Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)

3) Estimated Delivery Times

Delivery estimates begin after your order is processed and handed to the carrier.

Typical delivery times (contiguous U.S.):

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

  • Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (if available at checkout)

All delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed.

4) Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. Tracking may take 24–48 hours to update after the label is created.

5) Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address before placing the order. If you need to change an address, contact us immediately at Support@serenmuse.com. We cannot guarantee changes once an order is processed or shipped.

Orders returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address may require an additional shipping fee to reship.

6) Delays, Lost Packages & Carrier Issues

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control. However, we will help you resolve shipping issues:

  • If tracking shows “delivered” but you did not receive it, check with household members, your building office, or neighbors first.

  • If the package appears lost in transit, contact us at Support@serenmuse.com within 7 days of the last tracking update so we can assist with a carrier inquiry when applicable.
